Where the train is at here, there no road crossings at grade until Doswell, six miles north of here! The BD, former CQ dispatcher, sent her down to Elmont to block the only access road at Gwalthney Church Road, of a subdivison, cutting them off for over an hour from EMS/FIRE service. CSX at its stupidest! |
